Cancellation Policy

The below doesn't apply to the FREE day hikes. 💫 Soul Sisters Multi-Day Adventure – Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes life shifts unexpectedly — whether it's illness, an injury, a family emergency, or simply a change of plans. While we truly hope you’ll be joining us, here’s everything you need to know in case you need to cancel your multi-day adventure: 📆 Cancellation Timeline & Fees 🔹 After Booking Deposits are non-refundable. 🔹 More Than 90 Days Before Departure You may cancel at this stage, but: Administrative fees and non-recoverable costs (like your deposit - accommodation deposits or permits) may still apply. 🔹 90 to 60 Days Before Departure A 75% cancellation fee applies, based on the full cost of your trip. Plus, any admin fees and trip expenses we've already paid for you. 🔹 59 to 30 Days Before Departure A 85% cancellation fee applies. Plus, admin fees and any prepaid trip costs already incurred. 🔹 Less Than 30 Days Before Departure 100% of the adventure cost is non-refundable, as all logistics are confirmed and committed. ❌ After the Adventure Begins Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue any refunds once your journey has begun. 🌍 Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of natural disasters, global events, border closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may need to modify, postpone, or cancel the trip. In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternative solutions or future credit, but refunds may not always be possible. 🔁 Transfers If you can no longer attend but know someone who would love to go: You may transfer your booking to another person (subject to approval) up to 30 days before departure. Additional fees may apply depending on the itinerary or location. 💖 Travel Insurance – Required We suggest all guests to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking.
